The Operations team is on the front lines of support. We provide both phone and email customer service and deal primarily with customers’ account information and any maintenance issues. Our staff help customers with everything from technical or website issues to the most basic sports questions. We provide customers with all the options to maximize their experience and do the very best to ensure they are informed and fully satisfied. If you have an interest in sports, poker, casino, or horse racing, then odds are you’ll love it here.
