Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, live chat and customer emails in a mature and professional manner.
- Respond to customer email inquires.
- Address opportunities for potential sales.
- Liaise with other departments to assist with customer inquiries.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma.
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- A flexible schedule to support our call centre operations (7 days a week - 24 hours)
- Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Adept at working effectively in a changing environment.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Sports, casino or poker knowledge an asset.
