External VIP Account Manager
The VIP Account Manager will be responsible for servicing high-value accounts, as defined by the business. The successful candidate will be able required to maintain relevance and understanding with respect to programmed VIP initiatives and issues or information relevant to the audience. In addition to understanding, the role will be expected to effectively communicate messages of the business, collect insight from the accounts and influence constructive behavior change where possible. In executing their duties, VIP Account Managers, should demonstrate and embody the best principles of customer service and prove a favorable representative of our brand identity and corporate culture.
Responsibilities
- Build constructive relationships with accounts based on respect, insight, understanding and adding value to their experience with our service.
- Handling wide variety of customer queries via email and phone on customer account information, promotions and any technical issues
- Manage a group of customers assuring maximum satisfaction
- Liaise with various internal and external service providers to resolve customer queries
- Other duties are assigned as required
Requirements
- Excellent understanding and commitment to providing premium customer service
- In depth knowledge of online gaming industry
- Must be able to perform well in a multi-task demanding environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good logical reasoning skills with analytical approach
- Ability to work as part of a team, in a diverse cultural environment
- Good writing and communication skills, able to comfortably communicate at all levels of the organization
- Must have a full understanding and a level of expertise with standard Microsoft Office software
- 5+ years experience in luxury sales or customer service
- Formal training in Advanced Sales, Communications, Hospitality or equivalent
